Each player is permitted to maintain only one account with 555vip. Creation of multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. If multiple accounts are detected, 555vip reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all wagers placed through such accounts, and confiscate any winnings or bonuses obtained. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah) per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. All deposits must originate from payment accounts or bank accounts registered in your own name matching your 555vip account registration details. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be rejected or refunded.
Deposits are typically credited to your 555vip account within 5 to 15 minutes of successful payment confirmation. During peak periods or Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri, Chinese New Year (Imlek), or Indonesian Independence Day, processing times may be extended. If your deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, please contact our customer support team via live chat or email with your transaction reference number.
555vip does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees or service charges, which are beyond our control. Please check with your payment provider regarding any applicable charges before making a deposit.

Daily withdrawal limits vary by membership tier: Bronze members may withdraw up to Rp 50,000,000 per day, Silver VIP members up to Rp 100,000,000 per day, and Gold VIP members have no daily withdrawal limit. 555vip does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three withdrawals per month; subsequent withdrawals in the same calendar month may incur a processing fee of 1% of the withdrawal amount, capped at Rp 100,000.
All bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives offered by 555vip are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated at the time of the offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable bonus terms, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and validity periods.
Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which represents the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonuses can be withdrawn. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place total wagers of Rp 30,000,000 before the bonus or related winnings become withdrawable. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slot machines typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while table games such as blackjack, roulette, and baccarat may contribute only 10-20%, and some games may be entirely excluded from bonus play.

Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, server issues, internet connectivity problems, force majeure events, or actions of third-party providers may result in temporary service disruptions. 555vip is not liable for any losses, damages, or missed opportunities arising from service unavailability or technical malfunctions.
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical glitch that affects game outcomes or wager processing, 555vip reserves the right to void all affected wagers and refund stakes. All winnings obtained through malfunctioning games will be deemed invalid. If a game malfunction occurs during active play, affected players will be notified, and stakes will be returned to account balances. Completed game rounds prior to malfunction detection remain valid unless the malfunction demonstrably affected those specific outcomes.

During suspension, you will not be able to place wagers, make deposits or withdrawals, or access certain account features. 555vip may permanently close your account and terminate your access to services if: you have materially breached these Terms and Conditions; you have engaged in prohibited activities as outlined in Section 9; you have provided false information during registration or verification; multiple accounts have been detected linked to your identity; you have been abusive toward staff or other players; or you have participated in collusion, cheating, or fraudulent behavior. Upon permanent termination, any remaining account balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings obtained through fraudulent activity) will be returned to you following completion of any ongoing investigations, minus any applicable fees or amounts owed to 555vip.
You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before account closure is finalized, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Once an account is voluntarily closed, it cannot be reopened, and you must wait a minimum of 6 months before registering a new account.
